Is it safe?Absolutely! Safety is our top priority, for you and for us! It's important for our company that everyone feels safe when they are in our care.

Are the axes heavy?We have axes that range from under 1kg to some that weigh a little bit more, but with our staffs help we can find an axe for any thrower.

Can anyone throw or is it just for guys?Axe throwing is for everyone, warriors and shield maidens alike!

Can I drink and throw?Unfortunately at this point and time it isn't possible to throw axes and drink alcohol but we have a range of non-alcoholic beverages you can enjoy with your session.

Do I need to book?Bookings are necessary for groups larger than 6 people and recommended for smaller groups BUT we do accept walk ins for smaller groups when lanes are available.

Is there an age limit?Warriors need to be taught young to reach their full potential as vikings! We invite all from the age of 14 and above.

What's the cancellation policy?Cancellations outside a 7 day window will be fully refunded Cancellations within a 7 day window will be refunded minus a 10% admin fee Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded

What if it's just me?No problem! We have lanes dedicated to lone wolfs and small groups. These can also be booked online as well as walk ins on the day depending on lane availability.

What are the House RulesAnti-social/aggressive behaviour will result in removal from the venue. No refund will be issued in this situation. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. Staff cannot and will not supervise children aged 16 and under No food or beverages may be brought on to the premises. No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought on to the premises or consumed prior to attendance. Vehicles are parked at the premises at your own risk. The Forge staff will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle. No smoking within the venue at any time. The Forge Axe Throwing reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry. The Forge Axe Throwing reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without The Forge Axe Throwing express written consent is strictly prohibited. The Forge Axe Throwing reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for the business' purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the business. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility. Please report any incidents to staff immediately. Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police. Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times, including close-toed shoes.
